Additional coverage reduces your own share in the damage. It can be reduced to a smaller share in the damage or without a share in the damage. The amount of coverage depends on the selected package and the number of rental days. You can check the prices of additional coverage packages during the booking process.

SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver): a cover for the entire redemption of liability for participation in damage to the vehicle body.
CDW + (Collision Damage Waiver Plus): a cover for the redemption of liability for participation in damage to the vehicle body to a reduced amount.
WUG (Wheels Undercarriage and Glass protection): the entire coverage for the purchase of liability for participation in damage to the chassis, windows and wheels of vehicles.

The pick-up and drop-off location and vehicle model can be changed 48 hours before pick-up. The pick-up time may change 12 hours before the pick-up, and a delivery service may be requested 48 hours before the pick-up.

If you have informed our Customer Center, the booked vehicle will be waiting for you until your arrival, otherwise the following applies:
From September 16 – December 31 and January 1 – June 14 – 6 HOURS
From June 15 – September 15 – 1 SAT

The reservation can be canceled through your account or in the booking form itself (change of reservation), up to 24 hours before picking up the vehicle at no additional cost.

If the client does not show up or pick up the vehicle without any justifiable reason or cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a credit card fee.

It is not necessary for the booking process, but the user account allows you to track your accounts, additional benefits, as well as view all the news.

Not. Unfortunately, only a credit card holder can sign a rental agreement on their behalf and pick up the vehicle.

Yes. Our vehicle delivery service should be contracted at least 48 hours before picking up the vehicle. The service is charged according to the valid price list of additional services.

In this case, be sure to contact us. The client who picks up the vehicle at the time of pick-up should have his / her personal documents and credit card.
