You can extend the lease in writing or in all our branches 48 hours before the expiration of the lease. The price of the extension is determined according to the currently valid price list.
You can change the vehicle return office, but in that case the rental price changes and additional fees are charged.
If you subsequently decide to travel to another country or by ferry, please contact us before the trip to activate additional services that will be charged when returning the vehicle.
In our offer of accessories you can choose: WiFi, GPS (satellite), child seat / booster, winter tires, tire chains. If the equipment is available, you can rent it, and payment is made according to the number of days of use.
If you have decided to add another driver to the contract, contact us and come to the Rent Drive branch with a valid driver’s license of the driver you want to add. Payment is made from the day the service is added to the contract.
You can return the vehicle earlier than the scheduled return date and time. In this case, you will pay for the number of days the vehicle was used. However, due to the difference in the calculation, there may be changes in the price of the rental day from the one stated on the reservation.
If you have booked and paid for the vehicle in advance to one of the intermediary agencies, please contact the intermediaries directly to reduce the amount of the charge.
If you already rent our vehicle, and later decided to buy additional coverage, come to our nearest branch to change the term of the contract and inspect the vehicle or contact us.
All our customers can travel in a rented vehicle in all European countries.
